Selamat pagi!woah I woke up at 0400..damn..I think I should diarhhoea often so that I could wake up early..ouch!!! It's a Wednesday..midweek and the weekend drawing near..I got a compliment by patient yesterday and that made my day..hehehe..well hope to do better next time. some people I can't tolerate..kept asking for ice when he's having breathlessness..really tried my best to discourage him but very stubborn..but he got his rights..so whatever that you want.. It's the third I'm in the toilet..and I hope it's the clearing of my bowels after taking the meds..and ur doesn't bothers me at work.. another busy day..and I have to be careful..advices and notes to be taken down..I just wanna do my very best..yeah!good day people!!have a happy Wednesday!

Its coming to the 3rd the week of work..And so far I'm getting along well except for some floss here and there..
Colleagues are great and very helpful..

Well that's all I could remember for now..
Well I'm trying to familiarize with the things around me..The environment that I've long forgotten for 2 years..I wake up at 0600 every morning and leave home by 0700 just to make sure I reach work on time..
I start work at 0800 and end at 1630..But most of the time I'll always end up staying in till 1700..
Nothing much to complain though cos I'm still "new" to the surroundings..I don't think I would complain much either..A work I shouldn't complain much about but instead instill more passion to it and keep moving forward with a positive attitude..Politics will never die..Nor will it fade away..So just as long as I know that I'm doing my work then I'm safe!
The walks I took from home to work and work to home..Hard life but just bear with it for the time being..Soon I'll do what I have to do..
Not forgetting my fitness..I've been jogging and exercising too at home..To keep my body trim and fit..Right at these very moment,my muscles are aching..hahaha.Planning to go to the gym next week a work..
Eating a balance diet to the amount of exercise that I discipline myself to do it..
KEEP IT UP!!
Not to get too muscular..hahaha
